Grown at 1,300–1,445 meters in volcanic loam soil, these Caturra and Catuai varieties thrive in mineral-rich terrain that brings clarity and natural sweetness to the cup. The beans are eco-pulped and sun-dried, a process that conserves water while preserving the coffee’s clean, vibrant character.
