Welcome to Tracking the Trade (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this online store to offer custom, made-to-order products. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or interacting with any part of our services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services. No hard feelings.
2. Eligibility & Account Info
You must be the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure — please don’t give your account to your cousin’s friend who “just wants to look around.”
3. Custom Products
All items in our shop are made to order. Product photos and mockups are for illustration, and colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing methods.
We may update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Once production begins on custom items, cancellations are rarely possible — so please double-check your choices before submitting.

Products are for personal use only — no reselling or distribution without our written permission.
5. Prices, Payment & Billing
Prices can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes, shipping, and import fees (if applicable) are added at checkout.
You agree that:

If your card says “nope,” your order will not be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or the universe doing its thing are outside our control.
7. Refunds, Replacements & No Returns
Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We WILL replace an item at no cost if:

The design, size, or color differs from what you ordered
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, graphics, designs, and trademarks — belongs to Tracking the Trade or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Short version: enjoy the products, don’t steal the designs.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our store runs on Shopify, and we may use other third-party services (print providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, etc.).
We’re not responsible for content on third-party websites or the policies of those companies. Use them at your own discretion.
Shopify provides the platform but is not a party to your purchase. Any questions about your order should come to us, not Shopify.
10. Feedback & Reviews
If you send us feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us permission to use it for marketing or promotional purposes.
Basically: if you say something nice, we may show it off.
11. Prohibited Conduct
