No Returns Policy 

Because every item in our shop is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once an order goes into production, it’s printed specifically to your selections — size, style, design, and all. That means we can’t restock or resell it, so returns aren’t possible.

That said, we’re not monsters — we stand behind our work.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

We’re happy to replace an item at no cost if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It’s misprinted

  • It’s the wrong item

  • The design, size, or color is different from what you ordered

Just send us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of the rest. Quick. Easy. Zero drama.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom and made-to-order items (which is basically everything we make)

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (unless the size printed or delivered is incorrect)

  • Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly

  • Buyer’s remorse, “changed my mind,” or “my dog didn’t approve”
